In the wake of Senator Sherrod Brown’s  (D-Ohio)  discussion with Joy Reid about why many of his colleagues on the other side of the aisle support a healthcare bill many Americans strongly dislike, Michelle Bernard joins Joy Reid and her panel to discuss  healthcare disparities and the differences in how the nation addressed the crack epidemic of the 1980s and today’s opioid crisis.
