Bernard and Joe Conason join Hardball with Chris Matthews to discuss the Senate vote against the bill that would gradually raise the minimum wage from $7.25/hour to $10.10/hour in the next thirty months, the “Fair Shot for All” campaign of the Democrats, and Rick Santorum’s statement that he isn’t sure that Republicans care as much about the poor as Democrats do because he doesn’t here them talking about poverty as much.
