July 18, 2012: Michelle D. Bernard joins the National Journal’s Women 2020 annual conference of the Journal’s most influential women to discuss women in politics in 2012 and beyond. Moderated by USA Today’s Susan Page, the panel includes the Bernard Center’s Michelle D.
